6 monthsHabitude automates admin tasks such staff onboarding, student enrolment, capital approvals for multi-academy trusts (MATs). The team wanted a design partner to support their marketing and growth ambitons in 2024.
Habitude chose Vector as their design partner to support them with their marketing communications particularly on LinkedIn.
There were several aspects to the partnership:
- Creation of a brand book, documenting the brand assets along with usage guidelines
- Cataloguing all their visual assets created to do date so that they were easily accessible for future use
- Creating a conference stand to support one of their most important sales channels: in person conference appearances
- Social media templates to boost engagement of their posts on LinkedIn
- A collaborative Figma file where designs could be shared, commented on and edited
- Trello, Slack and bi-weekly meeting to help organise and manage marketing activity
LinkedIn creative
LinkedIn is an important channel for Habitude as they are regular speakers and exhibitors at trade conferences and make dozens of connections every time they attend. Posting on LinkedIn is incredibly important in nurturing those contacts and having compelling creative to accompany key subjects is a great way to capture attention and illicit positive reactions.
As Habitude’s design partner we provided a Trello board where the team could record raw ideas on posts and then develop them before tagging us to create the relevant visuals. Our partner programme also includes a Slack channel where feedback and questions related to the creative were quickly answered.
The LinkedIn work extended to creating their profile banners to give a unifying brand experience across all their comms.
Homepage concepts
One of Vector’s design consultancy tasks was to undertake a UX audit of the Habitude homepage and provide feedback on where improvements could be made. The best way to do this was by creating a concept design with our suggestions incorporated (show below).
Impact
The LinkedIn posts are generating lots of engagement and have led to multiple demo requests for the platform and we look forward to supporting Habitude in all their marketing designs needs over the coming months.
